  6. Three little utilities to restore R4 binary images:
  7.    - RL a quick and dirty implementation of the Lucy-Richardson restoration
  8.      algorithm.
  9.    - TF performs a 2D Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) on a R4 binary image.
  10.    - AN gives some stats on the distribuition of values in an image and its
  11.      DFT.
